Cleanliness was acceptable (since the staff didn't vacuum, there was a lot of hair on the floor and bread crumbs in the drawers), the staff were helpful, and the household appliances were very good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our cabin was clean, and had everything we needed. The shower was hot with good pressure. My only criticism is that the mattresses were quite hard and uncomfortable. Adding a mattress topper could easily solve this problem.

The holiday park is nice however our cabin while new was a little ran down. The couch was damaged and the doors in the cabin also had scratches and paint missing.

The room was clean and equipped with good cooking utensils. The bed was terrible as the mattress was sunken on the left side so had 4 nights of uncomfortable sleep. The weather in Adelaide was quite cold for this time of year and we discovered there was no blanket to add for warmth. Bathroom was super small, not much room for movement and there was nowhere to put your change of clothes when having a shower. Traffic on the highway was loud at times because our room was on the highway side. When you have driven 12 hours and hear that while your trying to rest was a bit annoying. Milk that was provided was very small.
