The highlight for me was the exceptional service provided by Yasmin. On more than one occasion Yasmin was a great help. A "life-saver" on one occasion after we checked out and I left our passports and cash in the safe. Yasmin retrieved them for us and kept them safe until we could return. Generally, all the staff were helpful with things like giving directions around the area or getting items for the room. The location was great and the area immediately around the hotel was quite tranquil. On the negative, it seemed like the walls/ceilings were very thin and you could hear the other guests moving around/talking in adjacent rooms or rooms above. Not great when the people above your are stomping around at 3am.

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. Too far to walk to rodeo drive but just a short drive. 2 minute walk to Westfield shopping mall which has great shops and good restaurants. Eataly is amazing and has yummy food.
