Best hotel in BC

The whole experience was excellent having stayed at another 5star hotel in Vancouver and the top hotel in Whistler both were comprehensively beaten by the Rosemont. Quietly confident luxury with fantastic service from everyone we met - the food was also incredible

I booked this hotel specifically because of the nice rooftop hottub and fireplace in all the Expedia photos. We stayed here twice - once on the way to Whistler and again on our return. On our first stay I was told that the rooftop hot tub is closed for maintenance. On my return, I asked again and was told a different story, This time apparently the rooftop hot tub is part of the penthouse and I could use it if I upgraded my room to the penthouse suite. Nice hotel, but the photos are misleading. I was hoping to use the hot tub after 10 days skiing at Whistler. Shame - a bit disappointed.

We have been staying at the Hotel Rosewood Georgia almost annually, for at least 15 years. It has always been our “go to” when we attend Ballet BC. Though their recent remodel is most certainly good for their business, the lobby is now so crowded in the evenings with diners and drinkers, that it is no longer allowed to enjoy the fire or once quiet space, without buying something. Other than this; service, the room, housekeeping, the Spa, all remain pristine, gracious and lovely.

Don’t waste your special night here.

Stayed at the ‘luxurious’ Hotel Georgia, where the only 5-star experience was the number of times the bedroom lights turned on every time I moved. Nothing like an unintentional rave at 3 AM to ruin a good night’s sleep. If I wanted a motion-activated light show, I’d go to a nightclub—not my hotel room. Do better. ✨🙄
