Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Location: Right in the centre of Vancouver which is where we wanted to be.
The hotel was in the middle of downtown Vancouver and close to all the places we wanted to go to. It was also close to public transport so we could get around the rest of Vancouver easily. The staff were great and the beds were comfortable, what else do you need in a hotel?

Not value for money

Good locaton, room very small and to dark and gloomy with no window to open , far to expensive for the quality of the room, very disappointed
