Staff was great, breakfast very good. Room somewhat updated. Toilet was way too low, unlike any other hotel I have ever stayed at. Safe parking provided. 13 minute walk to Sky Train.

I got the staff were great. A female staff on duty when I arrived was helping a woman who had been staying at the hotel for a while. She was super patient and really helpful and kind. I really like seeing that in a hotel. The man who helped me was also excellent and help me figure out when to take the shuttle to the airport. They were just great.

Front desk's Brian, went above for us with warm relaxed humour, and packed us a bag of lovely snacks which were awaiting us to take on the shuttle bus, as we had an early departure before the included breakfast would be a available. Including a coffee! Brian is a great member of Team Human!
