The staff service was the best i’ve ever experienced ! i could text the concierge for ideas and suggestions ! Room service even modified breakfast so i could get it in time . location is central so i was able to walk to shops and restaurants easily . There’s only one restaurant at the hotel . i wasn’t impressed with the service but the food was great . i stayed two nights for a quick weekend trip to explore Vancouver and it was perfect. central , good staff suggestions and help .
