A few more staff would have allowed us to get extra blankets delivered instead of having to go and get them ourselves. Really wasn’t a big deal for me to do so. But I just think it might be an extra service they could offer.

This location is pretty central to getting to tourist sites. Not too far from the airport either. Free breakfast included ham and processed cheese as well as pancakes, yogurt and pastries. Laundry machines are available onsite for $4.50 (washer) & $2.50 (dryer). Front desk provides the laundry soap pod. Beds are comfortable. Our unit had a kitchenette which came with a 2-burner stove top, kettle, a pot, frying pan, sauce pan, dishes for 4 people. They also provide disposable slippers in the room. It can get a little noisy when garbage is picked up but that is to be expected. I would stay here again! Helpful staff!

Great value for a hotel in a central location including a "help yourself" breakfast with plenty of choice for everyone. The beds were comfortable and it makes it so easy when you can park, at no charge, beside your room.

A bit dated on the outside but the room was very nice, clean, everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice continental breakfast and the very nice lady running it. A very affordable hotel in north Vancouver!

The staff were very helpful when I needed directions and courteous. The breakfast provided a pretty good choice for this type of hotel. The overall price is a good value. The beds should be upgraded. A good quality bed to sleep on is the most important. Rugs should be replaced with Vinyl plank or laminate as they are old.

Cheap but perfectly serviceable. Clean and tidy, very comfortable bed. Didn’t get to take advantage of the free breakfast because I left very early, but even if it’s very basic, nice that it’s included.

Perfectly convenient location, situated in the center of all the activity. Impressed by the staffs attention and willingness to be of help and service. Checkin was seamless and welcoming. The breakfast far exceeded expectation and value, a must stay next visit.
