Host advised on day of our arrival that we were moved to a different room due to damage on the flooring. We paid for a quiet relaxing room with an attached private bathroom. ( approximately 375 per night ) we were moved to a downstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom with a man. It was noisy ( snoring) and we were not happy sharing a bathroom !!! Our doors were inches apart so every door opening was heard. Also we had to ask for towels ( booked my husband and myself) and were given one hand towel and one small towel. We have never in our 50years of travel ever slept in a harder more uncomfortable bed !!! We asked for and extra pillow ( not available ) There was only a bottom sheet on the bed and a comforter, no top sheet. All in all we would not recommend staying here. Sorry Annie- you did respond to our asks fairly quickly though.
