Pets allowed in house but they are not allowed in sofa, carpet, beds. Smoking is not allowed in house. Outside has to be away from window at least 10m
Kids and adults at won’t allow to stump, running on main floor after 8PM. Speaking Loud noise inside after 10PM has to be limited.
