Location was good Building requires much maintenance. Pool decking was badly sun damaged and in need of replacement. Internal bathroom doors were cheap quality and damaged etc PS. I am an Architect therefore harsh critic.

Property was fine, but the NO party policy on the May day long weekend was not police and with having to use the lift and find food and drink in it with no standing room was not pleasant. The noise at 12 min night was also not acceptable. We own accommodation and know that zero noise tolerance is need for all guest to be able to rest. We witnessed large amounts of alcohol going into the lift and new we were infor some rough nights.

Whilst the apartment provided three bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms as advertised, the overall condition of the apartment left a lot to be desired. There was extensive wear and tear to the entire apartment, water damage to carpets and walls, broken dishwasher, minimal kitchen appliances (making a full kitchen difficult to use), noisy aged air conditioners (with less remotes than units), and poor pre-arrival clean (half full bottle of water left under a bed and a used hair tie under the coffee table). There were three double beds rather than 1 double and 4 singles (as per the booking), making it difficult for our children to share a room. However, The manager did arrange a single bed to be added to one of the rooms once this was highlighted. The dishwasher was reportedly unable to be repaired, and would need to be replaced, which was not possible during our 10day stay. We also needed to request the documented mid-stay refresh of towels and linen (on day 8 of 10) as it did not automatically occur. We were offered to move rooms due to the dishwasher issue, this was however not a practical solution given the extensive luggage we had (due to being in the process of moving house) and the inability for management to assist in the move.

The property is situated in the city and close to the city central complex. The biggest down size for me was the lack of sun blocking curtains in the master bedroom.
