Great location. Room was fine. I would have much preferred a check out time of 11 (this seems reasonable since check in isn’t until 3) and wish shuttles ran at least until 10 and 11. Made for a very long airport wait so next time would look elsewhere.

Heading home and I returned after two weeks for my last night. I got an unexpected free room upgraded, had the most amazing hot bath, pijamas provided, comfortable bed and the staff so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel, very close to Otori train station which is three stops away from Haneda Terminal 3. Wow, I will miss Japan so much!

We stayed one night before our trip home. The hotel is conveniently close to Haneda airport. It is close to a train station if you want to travel into Tokyo. The rooms are clean & the receptionist was very helpful & nice.

The staff was actually very helpful as they knew English and the hotel being near Otorii station was super helpful as well. The twin bed rooms I definitely recommend because the rooms we had before were smaller and the staff was nice enough to upgrade us. The rooms were clean and the free amenities were so useful. I love how the staff were friendly and mostly accommodating for English speakers. The location is close enough to the train station/airport and a small walk between convenience stores/markets. The only downside to my stay was my room had small drill holes/scratches on the wall due to remodeling. But other than that everything was fine 10/10. Would stay again.
