Lovely comfortable clean room, a little small and not much in the way of storage but fine for a few days stay in Tokyo. Good location close to Ebisu and Shibuya train stations - Ebisu a lot quieter and easier to navigate with luggage if you are staying here, but also in a fairly quiet spot and very friendly and helpful staff.
