Room was clean and had many items for use. Kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, refrigerator and washer and dryer. The pillows were hard but I think that is normal in Japan. Nice shower and accommodations were close by. Loved staying here and easy check in and check out process.

Definitely worth staying close to Narita Airport if you have an early flight. It took us 3 hours to get to the hotel from Asakusa. Very convenient to have a shuttle to the airport. The room was spacious. The dinner buffet was delicious! Convenient to have shops, vending machines and laundry in the hotel.

A solid option with inexpensive rooms very near Narita. It's basically a standard business hotel, standard Japanese outlets by the beds and desk. A couple of small annoyances: no soaps in the shower, they're all on the bathroom counter. No fabric deodorizer. On-site store closes at 10pm, despite proximity to Narita and people literally arriving to the hotel at all hours. Rooms were cheap enough that the extra 1640 yen charge for pool and sauna wasn't a big deal, but again, the sauna/bath closing at 10pm is really different to other Japanese hotels where they stay open until 1 or 2 at least. All in all it's a fine hotel, showing its age a little, but clean and inexpensive and convenient with nice staff.

The room was really clean and the bed was amazing, being able to recline, the staff were very nice and courteous. The vines were nice and quiet for the day but once it reaches 5:30 and it becomes happy hour it is a great place to meet and drink with some great people. Very much would recommend
