The location was great. So close to town, an easy walk to the shops and cafes, alongside the lake. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It would have been great to have a power point or two beside the bed for charging phones etc.
Convenient to town and bathroom in room was clean. There Was a long and loud concert tonight we were there and our room was directly over the venue. Earplugs had no use. Can’t fault the Hostel for that ....
Nice room and good having a separate shower (not over the bath!). Valet parking price steep tho
Perfect position for access to CBD, yet on the edge so quiet. In the other direction, perfect position for the park, walks and cafes.
Had a private double room, with en suite - so not typical hostel experience. Very nice room and facilities - basic, but good clean "motel" quality. Good view from upper floor and balcony. Nice and central in Queenstown. But expensive (paying for the location, of course).
Right in town, close to food, shops etc. Great price!! Perfect for business travel when all you do is sleep before moving on
Liked walking distance to town. All staff extremely pleasant. Disliked lift. Room didnt live up to expectations. Outside tiling was loose and sprayed water.
Liked that it was so close to town.Rooms quite private Didnt like very dim lighting. Also seemed very low occupancy yet a family with two small children were put in adjacent room- would have thought one room separation would have been thoughtful. Not ideal waking to a baby crying and children playing ...
The location is great. And the taps and shower are great. Just the bath room floor was sticky.
This is a stunning hotel - beautifully fitted out. Our only complaint is the air conditioning was not working properly in our room and while they temporarily fixed it - it was noticeably colder in our room compared to the corridor. Will be a cold room in the middle of winter!
