The property was worn out and dirty. We needed to shift the bed to accomodate a cot and under the bed was a layer of dust resembling felt. My son got brown knees from crawling on the carpet and when we wiped down the tiles in the corridor the towel came up brown. The front door didn’t close properly and wasn’t locked unless you really pulled it to. The shower door was out of alignment and didn’t close so water went all over the bathroom floor. Pillows and bedding were stained. Desk laminate was held on with sticky tape. The standing lamp was leaking sand, there was only one water glass and one breakfast bowl. The room wasn’t serviced during our stay. And somehow, washing our clothes in their machine left them smelling of petrol. Perhaps from a previous person in the room washing something filthy. Was told I would be contacted by the manager about this because we can’t get the smell out, but nobody has been in touch. Truely an unpleasant stay.

The location next to express way good. The parking some nights it was hard to get a park.

Very comfortable and convenient. Parking a bit tight at times but always found a spot so not an issue. Friendly helpful staff

Amazing & extremely polite staff who are always willing to assist wherever possible. Nice and tidy apartments that are well appointed and in great condition. Can’t fault Quest Macquarie Park and will continue to use without hesitation

Poor access to power points for elderly people for things like sleep apnea machine. Power point located behind bedhead which could not be moved. Staff were helpful in gaining access
