Only stayed for one night. Top floor with amazing harbour views and windows you could open for fresh air, no need for air con. Very comfortable king bed and pillows. Simple, but had all we needed.

The advertised room picture bore no resemblence to what we got. Our window (patio) opened on to a shared patio, also overlooked by other buildings, meaning that we had no privacy unless the curtains were closed. At one point we left our key in our room. Reception handed us a spare key with no verification of who we were.

Great location. Good restaurants nearby. Walkable area. Gym is not on site and not as close to the hotel as implied. Might want to consider putting inside locks on the doors for the peace of mind and safety of women traveling alone. We ended up storing our luggage in front of the door at night so that we would be awaken by anyone trying to get in.

Can’t say enough about this hotel and the staff here! They are amazing! This is a great hotel! It’s not the ritz but it’s clean, welcoming and so nice to be able to keep and cook your own food.

It is all about the view. My 9th floor room had a phenomenal view of the harbour, bridge, and opera house. The staff was very helpful and friendly, overall very clean. My room had a mini fridge and micro with basic utensils and dishware. The hotel itself and the rooms are very dated and could use a refresh or jus some basic maintenance updates.
