The room was very dusty and the bedsheet was dirty. We reported it, but the staff ignored us all day. When my husband went down, they told him to change it himself. He refused, and only around 11 pm did someone finally come to change the bed. It was very disappointing, as they should have taken care of it the first time we asked.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at Citadines Nth Sydney. I love the location - it is so convenient - close to transport and dining options are excellent. Walking around the area is also excellent. I was disappointed this visit with the state of the room. It needs some serious TLC and looked like it had been bashed around by many guests. Due to this the room also did not feel as clean as I have experienced stays in the past. The staff and kind and friendly.

Well appointed modern room

Well appointed hotel room. It has been thoughtfully set out and attention to detail for the furniture was out standing. Unfortunately, more detail for the cleanliness would have been appreciated. Watch out for the safety deposite as it is charged per night. I.e. you are charged more the longer the stay. It was $100 per night when we stayed Srptember 25.

Loved the duration of the stay. Hotel was near the starting point of the marathon that I didn’t have to walk much. Lot of groceries and restaurants within the area so not need to worry much about traveling far to grub on.

I experience the Citadines in Nth Sydney to be very easy, convenient and clean and the staff very nice. The only thing I experience at this property is the noisy air-conditioning. I bought ear plugs and this worked however would prefer not to have to do this. Regardless - I would stay there again.
