Way Below Expectations

the dining employees with whom we engaged provided excellent service, within the confines of what they had to work with at the hotel. Outside of that, a terrible experience along a number of lines: - after checking in, we went to our room and the door was wide open. I checked the room to make sure no one was lurking within, and discovered the mini fridge had been raided. It was half empty, with the remaining liquor bottles already opened and the water bottles frozen solid - the toilet was clogged at check-in (at 11pm) and we had to wait for a team member to come un-clog it. When they did, they came into the room with dirty shoes and walked all over the (not very) clean bathroom to fix the issue - the wallpaper throughout the room was peeling - the bathroom sink wouldn't drain - the AC wouldn't work; it couldn't be set lower than 70, and at full blast that never got it below 73. We had to keep the balcony door open to get relief from the hot temp, and housekeeping came by 4 times to yell at us for having the door open - half the beers on tap were unavailable for the 2 days of our stay throughout the property - room service food was cold upon delivery - the shower water pressure was very poor

Great experience

Excellent service, from the valley, bellmen, check-in and the housekeeping was exceptional. The only downfall was the sushi restaurant is no longer there.

I liked the property but there was a HVAC issue that kept us up all night. Front desk avoided doing anything about it and kept us on hold. No free breakfast for a $45 resort fee every day and parking was also $50 a day. The restaurants were subpar at best

Great weekend on Sunny Isles.

Trump International Beach Resort is a great location with generally fantastic workers. The hotel is good value. The hotel is a little tired and will need some attention to a few areas. A suggestion is arrange for a roll away cot rather than use the pullout bed but that goes without saying in most hotels.

Just like any other hotel. Be Careful with valet personnel they overcharge you, at least that was my experience, we will never go back to this specific hotel.

Nice location and the hotel it self was excellent. It is south Florida so as you expect everything is super expensive. Alcohol is about double the amount at any other bar but you are on vacation so expect that. Overall I would recommend had a great relaxing time.

Really nice place, but showing her age a bit. The service and food, the cleanliness and friendly staff made up for this, I would definitely go back, but would love to see some painting, general upkeep done. There were very visible marks on the couch in the entryway, the wall light between the beds was loose. We had to call maintenance to the room because the thermostat would not work, when the man took out the batteries, they were all rusty. Overall it was very nice 👌

Some of them stuff was rude . First time they need to explain where is elevator and access to beaches. If we don’t ask they didn’t show anything about the hotel.
