Locked out Lied to and luke warm water
This was our 2nd stay, After booking our stay, I called and asked to have an adjoining room with our son, Daughter in law and Grandson, so our Grandson could freely come and go between the two rooms, and also if we could be off the 1st floor, it's always a little busier then other floors, Stephanie was happy to put all of that into the notes of our stay, and she also said she would have us over looking the pool area, it was nice and quiet there, or so she told me. We checked in, and we were given a 3rd floor room, facing the parking lot and the highway. our Son was next to us however not in the room adjoining. the noise from the parking lot with people coming and going all night was loud! The nest day we went for a walk on the beach, came back to change for the pool and the key cards wouldn't work, we had a new set made and went over to the pool area. spent some time there , which was lovely, ate lunch and watched our grandson swim. I ran up to our room for something, and the key cards wouldn't work AGAIN ! down to the front desk and they gave us 3 more(now were up to 7 key cards) back down and my husband and I took a walk on the beautiful St Pete Beach. we all went up to shower, we were heading out to dinner. they sent our 6yr old to shower. NO HOT WATER only luke warm. they called down to the front desk for help. We were once again locked out had a set made (8&9) left early the next morning for Orlando

The property is in a great spot, central to everything. Right on the beach with amazing views. The facilities themselves are clean but dated. The staff very nice. Our only complaint was that as we checked out we were hot with a $300 bill - $40 each day to utilize the property, $25 to park a rental car and various taxes.

Hair left in multiple corners of room Beds not moved to sweep behind or underneath Air vents very dusty Microwave on counter has not been moved to clean behind. Dust on headboard Just attention to detail needs assistance with housekeeping Ice machine on 6 th floor didn't work had to go floor down or up For the amount of money charged. You feel it could have been better. Always room for improvement
