Loved everything about this place. Very nice staff, well managed property, yummy food. Wonderful spot for families, they have beach and pool toys, activities for everyone throughout the day. Will come back for sure!

Nice location but won't stay here again.
The location is excellent and the outdoor facilities are wonderful. Fire pit on the beach, games, plenty of chairs on the beach and at the pool. It was also nice to have free laundry facilities available so I could take home clean clothes. My only couple complaints are about the age and condition of the bathrooms and the pool service. The bathrooms are very dated. Despite maintenance coming to service our toilet, it still didn't flush properly. Even just flushing a tissue took 2 or 3 flushes to go down. Not very eco friendly and just a pain to deal with. Also, the pool area doesn't allow any outside food or drinks and they were really fanatical about enforcement of this. Some people purchased drinks at the bar and then put them in their own insulated mugs but still got harassed by security about it, to the point of having to show the person the open bar ticket or receipt. This seems tacky and left us with a bad taste in our mouths. We like to pack things like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and water for our pool time but that was forbidden and that also really made us angry. We're not cheap. Just want to bring snacks and water to the pool. This is probably the biggest reason we won't stay at this property again.

The property was extremely kid friendly. Rooms are run down at least in building 3. Something we experienced at each restaurant on the resort, is cold food. They have one centralize kitchen making the food. Then a food runner delivers multiple order to the restaurants with microwave looking covers on top. By the time the food arrives at your table it is cold from being transported. Kitchen, to tray, to food runner, to tray in restaurant, to server, to finally arrive to your table. We didn’t allow that to take away from any tips through. Since it’s is out of the servers control and they were all very kind and attentive. Beach is beautiful, pools are great, splash pad and park is perfect for toddlers. Restaurants need serious improvements.
