Private cool under oak canopy park full of plants and pollinators behind your parking. Inside: bedroom: queen bed, rocking chair/5’ futon, tv. Bathroom has shower with seat and two shower heads. Fully equipped kitchen/dining room/ side space with curtains, futon & tv. Neighbors are friendly long term tenants. Safe neighborhood, 6 blocks away park with tennis, wiffleball, kids slide etc & dog park. The place has character. Dogs welcome.
