First off, the staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and decent. That's the good. There are homeless druggies everywhere around the property. One slept behind our car in the hotel parking lot one night. Another night my daughter and her friend got back from swimming at a teammates pool around 11pm and had to park on the street next to the hotel because the lot was full. They had to call me because there were a handful of homeless zombies mumbling and trying to talk to them when they were still in the car. If this hotel were in a better location it wouldn't be bad at all. Just beware of your surroundings.

Rude staff, blood on curtains, blood splatter in bathroom, mold in bath tub, soda can full of cigarette butts on balcony, cigarette butts all over the balcony. Kept the $100 deposit, charged an additional $250 for smoking- I don’t smoke. We did not stay. Gross, dirty, scammers

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Small bathroom but more than functional. More than reasonable rates for a downtown location. Quite a lot of homeless drug addicts in the area but never any direct issues with them. Nobody ever messed with my vehicle either. Convenient location in proximity to the hospital we were visiting each day to be with a family member there.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It is just what i needed. The room is clean, fresh, perfect. I didnt get up in time to have breakfast but thats a bonus. The location is really good too.

Admittedly a pretty basic room in a sketchy part of town but inside, it was fine. Room was clean (though no daily room cleaning). Breakfast offerings were basic but fine as well. The biggest plus is it's a 5 minute walk to Deaconess and I left my car parked at the hotel for my stay.
