Great location and sweet spot to stay!

Perfect stay and great location, right downtown and could walk everywhere. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. No complaints!

Look elsewhere - terrible customer service

Do not use this host offering! You will become part of a bait and switch. I communicated before booking that this unit was in the same building where my boys are staying. It was confirmed by the host “You are in the same building as your boys, so you are all set”. In reality, this unit was 9 minutes away which is most definitely not safe for a single female in downtown Spokane. I immediately contacted the host and was basically told “Sorry for the confusion and misunderstanding”. There was no misunderstanding of my question and their answer that I would be staying in the same building as my children. I asked to be moved to their building or receive compensation for the Lyfts that I had to use during my stay. Basically was told again, “Sorry for the confusion and misunderstanding”. I

Clean, Modern Apartment

This was my second stay at this great apartment. Love the decor and location. Comfortable bed. Roav is a great property manager and was super helpful! Would definitely recommend them. Only downside to the apartment is the lack of any kind of spices for cooking and minimal pantry items. This would have given them 5 stars.

Downtown spokane retreat

Loved staying here it was close to everything please if you chose to stay in downtown and are not feom a place that does paid parking please prepare extra funds for parking. I loved it tho very cute.
