The staff were very accommodating. The rooms are all clean, tidy and comfortable. The only draw back is that the decor is not as modern as the newer hotels but they have spent money on the things that count, beds, air conditioning, furniture. Very affordable we will definitely return.

We did like it, more impressed with our friends room ! Was bigger and they got a actual queen bed, not two singles pushed together, while ours was small to get around in, would of rather liked our friends room as we where staying the extra nights.
Clean, modern, comfortable apartment. Close to everything. Friendly, bright, efficient staff. Let us leave our car there a little longer so we could go check out the museum after we checked out. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely be going back. Great experience.
Check in was a bit slow due to volume of guest arriving at same time. Otherwise, hotel was excellent. We liked the convenience (easy 5 minute stroll) to QPAC and the other facilities of South Bank. Good price with everything needed for a short stay.
"Very Clean , modern apartments with all facilities"
I found the apartment clean , modern and in a good location. The week before I stayed in an older apartment at Mooloolaba with facilities not as nice as this one but the older place was just plain comfortable. My apartment at West End was vastly more modern but the comfort factor just wasn't there, lounges were short and hard, the kitchen had a good stove and arrangement but lacked basic pots and pans, there was little to microwave in and to cook a basic meal one had to double up what cooking gear was there. The apartment did have a large balcony and good outside areas. With no insect screens on any doors or windows to keep cool on hot nights open windows resulted in mozzies so to stay cool the air con was on all night. Haven't they heard of ross river fever and other nasty diseases from mozzie bights quite prevalent in the Brisbane area ???? Value for money is just boarder line. There are numerous apartment facilities in the immediate area and some were much cheaper and just as modern and I would look at these other cheaper places first when considering next trip to the area although I wouldn't be unhappy to stay at West End again.

"Good position near to city centre, good city views"
Good city /river views from upper floors. Small restaurant provided good food (mon-Friday only)
The only problem was noisy split aircon system over which there is little control (we asked for a room change)
