We had the best view I had ever seen in any hotel I went to before. It is a 5 star hotel in the end everything was up to standard 5 star hotel. The service was good but could be better. We had to ask for everything, like we had to ask for slippers because there weren’t any for some reason, and stuff like that, you had to ask and thats assuming you know what 5 star hotel is supposed to give you. Also no complementary water, which is crazy to me. But i think thats that norm here. The view was extremely worth it. The location is perfect everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend for those reasons.

For $800+ a night, there should at least be coffee in the room. Of course they want you spend $50 to get room service coffee, but there was a 45 minute wait for that. This place nickel and dimes you to death, or rather, they fifty and hundred you to death.

Your pool opening time is a deal breaker

Good afternoon. Have stayed at hotel for 25 years. First time back since Covid. I want to start off with my disappointment with the new pool rules. The first day I came down at 7 o’clock in the morning like I used to come down for the last 20 years upon visiting to read a book only to find out that the pool doesn’t open till nine. So I waited in a long line till nine and the pool still didn’t open till 915. I’m very disappointed in this and it is a dealbreaker for me. Love waking up and reading by the pool in the morning. Also, my plane leaves at 11 and I used to come down and spend time at the pool before. With your new rules the last day of the trip is ruined because the pool does not open till 9 to 9:30. I think at the hotel they are going to prevent people from coming down at a certain time and waiting line should open the pool at 8 o’clock and have staff there to do the same thing as they were doing at night. This way it gives people more time on the last day. I will not stay at your hotel anymore just because of that. The other things that I had issues with aren’t as important.
