Very clean room. Comfortable bed! Staff was great nice and helpful. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. My only complaint is having to walk through the casino with cigarette smoke. Had a severe headache the first 24 hours after walking through the smoke. They should have separate access to rooms without that exposure.

The check in process went really smooth, and we were fortunate to get a really nice room on the 17th floor which gave us a great view of the city, fountains, and beautiful sunrises. Every one of the hotel staff were friendly.

Bellagio is huge. Nothing wrong with the room or service just the amount of people. They need to limit the public to see the fountains to street access only. No public (non guest) to the drop off area.

We were in Vegas for a fun weekend and weren’t able to watch the hangover without going above and beyond. The food was great, and the staff were incredible, but can we please get smart tv’s in those rooms for the next time we visit? Special credit to the front desk people working, they were extremely kind and helpful!
