Great location, lovely rooms and lobby. Roderick was great when we first got there and the concierges at the front door were very friendly and helpful. The beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, I honestly felt like I was sleeping on a slab of cement. After my first night I went to reception and asked if house keeping could put a mattress topper on the beds in our room. The man did call house keeping to inquire without success. There was really no solution, which was a shame as we had paid a fairly hefty nightly rate. In addition the rooms and windows need more sound proofing we could hear everything outside of our room and every morning we were woken early due to construction right outside our window.

Helpful and friendly staff, kindly provided an upgraded room. The king deluxe room was spacious with a nice bathroom, nice shower and bathtub. The fitness facility (gym) was well equipped and a pleasant space. Breakfast had good food with many choices, but very crowded (at 9 am) with a cafeteria-like setting. Would stay again, perhaps making it to breakfast earlier!
