The Marina Bay room had a view of hotels that had a view like the Mandarin Oriental the Marina Bay Hotel, so not really as represented. The sheer did not close, so either everyone could see in or it was dark with the curtain closed. Purified water tap in room was very good to have. Breakfast staff in part good, but some very unattentive. Check in lady was very nice, check out very impersonal.

The staff are all really kind, helpful and friendly. They seem so happy you are staying at their hotel. Every part of the hotel is spotless. The rooms spacious, bed comfortable and great shower.

The room was incredible and had a great view of Marina Bay. The lobby was amazing and really neat to look at. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is close to a lot of attractions. Overall great experience.

We enjoyed our stay. Great staff, comfortable room and easy access to the city. One note of criticism is that the pool area was poorly maintained and chairs and towels were beyond in need of replacement. Towels with holes and stains have no place in a 5 star establishment. Otherwise only good things to report

What a glorious place to stay in Singapore. Close to everything with exceptional staff and facilities. Big shout out to Han for really looking after us.

I booked via expedia for 5 people including 2 adults and 3 kids. Expedia makes you put the ages of the children in when you search for properties however when i got to the Pan Pacific they accused me of lying about the ages of my kids and told me that they should have been entered as adults. They also told me that the room had a king bed and twin singles and that i would have to pay extra for a portable bed for the 5th person, even though i had made the booking for 5 people. When i challenged this and told them that i had booked for 5 people and that the ages were entered into Expedia, they told me that in future i should not lie about my kids ages and that i should enter them as adults. I told them that this is something they should take up with expedia as i had done nothing wrong. Overall the hotel was good, but the checkin experience was poor
