Everything was perfect. Only gripe was the lack of fresh milk for tea drinkers like myself and the fact I was mistakenly charged S$477 for 4 days of emptying the minibar when we never used anything. The hotel removed everything on our arrival to allow us to keep things in the fridge as it was a very small fridge.

Nice amenities. Staff service was mixed quality, some great, some not so much. A bit abrupt as the $50 per person breakfast buffet was closing. And lunch took a long time for two clubhouses and Gyoza. Just a couple of small things could take this property and experience to the top tier. They did work hard to keep our adjoining room reso with a marina bay view.

good experience except one strange rule

The hotel conditions were good and service was great. We had a good time staying there. The only unpleasant experience is that, while we were awaiting our room to be ready, my wife fell in sleep on a couch in front of the Plume cafe. A staff came over and told her she could not take a nap there. That was very inconsiderate and strange. Not sure if this is the rule of the hotel.

Pan Pacific Singapore

Our stay at the Pan Pacific Singapore was excellent after a long flight. The room was beautiful with a Marina Bay view and the staff excellent.

There's a few reasons why I have always stayed at the Pan Pacific when I travel to Singapore; the staff are always welcoming and helpful; the rooms are very comfortable and clean; the pool and gym areas are very good; the food is always tasty. It's a great location from which to explore the Marina Bay area.

Staff were nice, but didn't go out of their way. There are newer hotels in the area for a similar or lower price
