I am not a business traveller and thought to book this hotel as a treat for our anniversary. We were upgraded to a higher floor which had great views. I was a little surprised that for the standard of hotel the cleaning was not what I’d expect. My bedsheets were not changed once in my four night stay. I knew this as the same stain was on the bed cover from the first night. Bedsheets also looked very creased when the bed was made. I understand it’s environmentally better to not change bedsheets so often so I don’t complain. But one thing I couldn’t over look was that the entire bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned in the four days. I felt the clean was very basic, coffee pods were also unfilled and I had to call guest services a number of times to ask for more coffee and creamer. We settled our bill the night before our check out as we had an early flight and didn’t want to be delayed in the morning. I was really shocked to see that they automatically lock the minibar fridge at this point. I came back to the room to get my own water out the fridge to find it un openable. No one informed us of this, I again called customer service who then unlocked it and apologised. I feel this left a sour taste that we’re untrusted (even though we had left a large deposit on our room and our credit card details at check in). I think this hotel is colossal, it has so many rooms and they can’t keep a high standard with the number of guests they have.

I stayed this hotel for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many famous attractions. I stayed in a suite, which gave me access to the 38th-floor lounge — the view was stunning, and I loved enjoying drinks and food there throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Singapore!

The hotel is older but, it has been kept up. It's a beautiful hotel with beautiful scenery. The rooms are comfortable with all the latest amenities and luxuries. We enjoyed the staff, pool, ajd dining options the most.

Perfect 2 night stay on flight back to Sydney from Europe, booked Club Studio, room which was Hugh & a loverly view. Staff in Club are fabulous, along with the Club benefits. We also really appreciated the early check in.

The club room was spacious and the staff and extras were amazing! The pool and gym are also worth noting. I liked the architecture of the building - although older it is very interesting and the lobby and elevators are really cool.

Great overnight stay between flights - easy drive from the airport (use Grab, the local version of Uber). Hotel staff were attentive. Had access to the club lounge, which made the stay even more enjoyable - champagne breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails all included.
