If you're visiting to attend a Seahawks', Sounders', Mariners' game or a concert, this is a really convenient location. Lumen Field is just a short 9 min drive from this home. If you are taking a bus, route 5 stop is only a 4 min walk and will get you within walking distance of the Stadium.

If you are planning to explore the areas outside Seattle, this home is 1-2 hrs drive from Whidbey Island, Bainbridge Island, Deception Pass, Mt Rainier, Leavenworth & many more attractions

**PLEASE NOTE:
(Feb 2023) Recently a construction has started in the neighboring lot . They have blocked some adjacent street parking for construction reasons. We have a dedicated parking spot on the driveway, which will be yours to use during the stay. There are offsite parking spots in the neighborhood as well. About noise concerns if any, we visited the home during different times of the day and night and haven't heard any noise inside the home. However, this is not in our control and we expect some hammering and sawing noise related to the construction. The construction does not block access to the home in any way.

Beautiful and luxurious home. Central to everything and just a walk from highly rated restaurants. Molly Moon's Ice Cream is a short 2-3 mins drive!! The rooftop was totally private. Amazing location in Fremont!

You don't want to miss this contemporary gem located in bustling Fremont, not too far from the Giant Troll. But be warned: lots of steps up and down the 4 levels. It's worth it to see Mt. Rainier out your bedroom window and enjoy cocktails on the roof patio. We had a wonderful 4-night stay here with our grown children. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Top tier property in great central location

The photos do not really do this place justice. Every aspect of this rental is top notch. The master bath was truly amazing and view from the rooftop deck were stunning. About a 15 ride from all major attractions. Charming neighborhood coffee shop and great bagel place within two bocks (not to mention Le Coin French restaurant around the corner)-Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful visit and stay at this VrBO. You are in a perfect location close to the city and only 30 minutes to the airport. Great restaurants that you can walk to and check out. The unit is practically brand new, beautiful furnishings, perfectly stocked with plenty of space and everything you need. The rooftop area has a fabulous view of the city and especially at night. We would stay again and highly recommend.

This home exceeded our expectations in every way! It is impeccably decorated, clean, modern, and yet very cozy. The rooftop patio offered AMAZING views. My family felt safe walking to restaurants in The Fremont area, even at night. We rented a minivan, and thankfully this home offers a parking spot in the driveway.
