This is our third year returning and we weren’t disappointed! From start to finish the service, hospitality and comfort was amazing. If you get the chance to be served/ checked in by a gentleman named Logan, you’re in for a great time! Very conversational, personable and a great sense of humor. Be sure to order an espresso martini or a regular fancy coffee drink from him, one of the best we’ve had! I would recommend a room with a view, but even the rooms without have a pretty amazing view of the charm of pioneer square. We always feel safe and secure. The breaker is an extra $20, a little higher than previous years, but still worth it. Thank you! see yall again next year!

What I Liked: The hotel staff were exceptional in their service, making our stay more enjoyable. The beautiful view from the second room and the spacious layout were definite highlights. What I Didn’t Like: Cleanliness issues with bed sheets and the condition of some bathroom fixtures. Maintenance problems that affected our comfort, such as a broken hairdryer, faulty safe, and issues with the curtains. Lack of counter space in the accessibility room made it difficult to store personal items. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, particularly regarding cleanliness and maintenance, the staff's service and the hotel’s unique views contributed positively to my experience.

This location and setting was perfect. My fiancé and I really enjoyed how the majority of attractions were within walking distance from the hotel. The whole staff and crew were very accommodating from the moment we arrived. Loise and Angel made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make sure our stay here was pleasant and enjoyable, so a special thank you to them. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone wanting to visit Seattle and needing a great place to stay in during your visit.

Our stay here was great we were very comfortable and had a great view from our room. The breakfast buffet is fire. The staff weee very friendly and the art makes the place unique. The only bad thing was the parking situation as the hotel does not offer parking based on it’s location so we moved to a hotel with parking.

CitizenM is a great deal when everything works. It’s comfortable and friendly. Conveniently located, especially if you are taking the train in. However, in the dozens of stays at this property and the SLU property, something has been broken in my room twice (both times this location). I have not been able to get anyone to help me either time. Multiple calls to the front desk over two days, always with promises to send someone up. Nobody ever shows up. This time the front desk staff promised that I could switch rooms if I wanted. I said yes because I’m in town for cancer treatment and want a functional tv after because I feel so nauseous. She laughed. She must have misheard me (I hope). But it was really upsetting. I complained via email afterwards. No response. I don’t think I can stay there again, which makes me really sad. It’s great when everything works.

As a first time visitor in Seattle, I loved staying here. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had great views of the ferries/ocean. You use an iPad to control the tv, lights, day curtains, day curtains, and get some info about the area around you. The only negative thing was the lack of parking. There is no on site parking and everywhere nearby costs to park, a lot of times with time limits. If you stay here, DO NOT rent a car. It's with in walking distance of most everything you might need; restaurants, shopping, Pikes Place market. Plus with all the rentable electric scooters/electric bikes you can get around pretty quick for way cheaper.
