We really enjoyed our stay at the CitizenM hotel. The facilities were located in a central, walkable area of downtown Seattle. All staff were extremely courteous and offered great services. We did have a small issue with our room AC, and the staff relocated us to a better room which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely return to the hotel though.

Definitely a unique experience with the prefab rooms, cozy for sure, I had a great view and the ipad control was really neat. The lack of parking altogether was a definite no return though, if my company wasnt paying I would have avoided this location for sure.
