The Property:

Sophari Home B is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome in West Seattle designed with families in mind, spanning 1,600 square feet. The living room centers on a sectional couch for movie nights and an oval dining table that seats six, and the kitchen includes an espresso maker and blender alongside standard appliances. A private rooftop deck with a couch and dining table offers a quiet spot above the city, and the front yard has a grill and string lights for evening gatherings. Playful touches throughout — including a slide, games, a crib, and children's books and toys — make this a strong fit for families with young kids. Standout features also include an EV charger, a dedicated workspace, and in-unit washer and dryer.



Sleeping Arrangements:

One king bed in the primary suite (which also has its own private deck and an in-room swing) and one queen bed in each of the other two bedrooms, with 6 guests as maximum occupancy. A crib is available for younger guests, and a Peloton bike in the primary suite lets guests keep up a workout routine during their stay.



Neighborhood:

Sophari Home B sits in West Seattle, less than a mile from the shops and restaurants of the West Seattle Junction on California Avenue. Lincoln Park, with its waterfront trails and Puget Sound views, is about 1.5 miles away, and Alki Beach is roughly 2.4 miles away for a beach day. This location suits families and groups who want a residential home base close to West Seattle's main commercial strip.



Transportation:

The Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal is about 1.9 miles away, putting a Vashon Island day trip within easy reach. This is a car-friendly, residential setting; guests without a car should plan for a short drive or rideshare to reach the ferry or nearby beaches.



Parking Information:

Parking is free and included with the stay. One assigned parking space is located at the back of the house, with additional street parking available across the street or about a quarter block north for a second vehicle. EV charger available.



Check-In:

Sophari Home B offers self check-in, with no front desk or on-site staff. Guests must complete the Guest Verification Form provided at booking, after which access instructions are sent a few days before arrival. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM.
