"Great pool comfy bed but rooms not too clean"
I stayed for three nights in nov 15. The pool is lovely. We had a plunge pool room and that was terrific. Breakfast was nice, we also ate there one evening and it was tasy and fresh. My only gripe is that the room was not particularly clean. I called and asked to have to have it re cleaned and the staff were very obliging however, the room was just acceptable after the second clean. The corners were dusty, grubby marks on the wall that had been there for a long time and the glass in the bathroom clearly splattered with previous guests toiletries. Overall I would go back but before even arriving I will be asking for deep cleaning to my room.

"Lovely hotel"
Everything was very good, location, amenities, staff, cleanliness. My only complaint was that all the linen is really tired and needs replacing. Other than that we were really happy with the quality and standard of accommodation...

"Premium Balines stay"
Arrived past midnight. Welcoming staff made our check so easy considering the late hour. Requested ground floor room prior to our arrival. We not only received ground floor but close to gorgeous swimming pool and main function areas. The "passport" personalised was a very special touch introducing us to all the delights of the resort. In the morning we already felt we had been there a week, everything explained just hours before made us feel so comfortable, the staff had constant smiles, assistance for any of our requests was always done efficiently politely and quickly. The beach was clean the sun lounges bean bags and other facilities around the restaurant area were plentiful. The food and drinks service was outstanding. The cost was all well within our holiday budget. Our departure was handled with aplomb staff were all on hand to assist with our check out and luggage and completed our stay with the most beautiful smiles and hand waves. We Will be back. Complaints nil. Accolades too many to be justified in such a small area of writing.

"5 night stay at Prama Sanur Beach Bali"
My husband and I stayed at the hotel with our 2 teenage daughters and we loved our holiday. The staff were wonderfully helpful, friendly and considerate. We booked 2 separate standard rooms. The rooms need some refurbishing, but they were clean and comfortable. The gardens and beach area are beautiful and well maintained. There was a good selection of food at the buffet breakfast each day, although the options were a little limited for vegetarians. Out of the 3 on-site restaurants that provide dinner, we found the Italian restaurant the best. The others were mediocre, but there are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance in the area. The Sanur area is quieter than Kuta, but still has a great "vibe" and its fairly central location means that some of the well-known tourist attractions are reasonably close (e.g. Ubud, the volcanoes, while water rafting, the Bali Bird Park, Nusa Dua, Bali Safari & Marine Park, Kuta and the elephant sanctuary at Taro).

The main street is Jalan Danau Tamblingan. It has car, motorbike and bicycle rental covered, as well as all the restaurants and shopping you could possibly need. Taxis regularly cruise the street, so simply jump in a cab or follow the paved beachfront path to take in the sights of the town. At fantastic Sanur Beach, try your hand at surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding or paragliding. There are even banana boats available for you to enjoy the calmer waters!

Just north of Sanur, the International Kite Festival takes place in July on Padang Galak Beach. Traditional Balinese giant kites are flown competitively against other villages and some of the kites measure over 10m in length! Marvel at the delights in the Le Mayeur Museum, dedicated to the work of Belgian artist Adrian Jean Le Mayeur. It's situated in his former home after he immigrated to Bali in 1932. Soak in the history of the museum while getting a rare insight into one of Bali's very first expats.

Afternoon walks through the Mangrove Forest are magnificent, with all the information of the 600 hectare reserve available in the local information centre. Two boardwalks take visitors deep into the forest, with guides available to educate both tourist and locals alike on the importance of this environment. The oldest known artifact is in Pura Blanjong (Blanjong Temple) and is an inscription of a Javanese king who visited Bali in the 10th century and established their first formal government.

South of the city, the Serangan Island Turtle Conservation Centre is three kilometres from Sanur. Stop by and learn the current conservation efforts being made now that trade in turtle meat is banned. Ride a bike along the beachfront cycle path. The track extends over five kilometres and is a wonderful way to see the scenery, especially early in the morning when you will be one of the only people awake. And of course, snorkelling and scuba dive trips are abundant. Diving straight off Sanur Beach is not the best in the island, so head to the town and set up a trip with one of the many operators. They'll pick you up from your hotel and take you to the best locations!

Bali is truly a paradise, so book a Sanur hotel and a flight to Bali today and discover the pleasures of Indonesia on your next holiday abroad. You'll come back with a great tan, and endless stories from your trip. Just don't forget to take a bunch of photos!
