The location is absolutely perfect for visiting The Castro District. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. I just had to give less stars because the walls and floors/ceiling are so thin you can hear absolutely everything from your neighbors, especially footsteps. We could not sleep. Thankfully the remote staff was very responsive and was able to remedy the noisy party.

The room was spotless, the design and finishes were fantastic, and it was a peaceful escape from the busy streets of Castro in San Francisco. The staff were super helpful and got back to me quickly.
