Poor lighting. No one was manning the phone in the guest service. Over all ratings was ok, but I will not stay in this hotel again . The couches in the common area are dirty and some of them smells of human sweats.

We were not given a balcony. We didn't drive so didn't use the garage but transportation was very easily obtained. They had a mineral water machine near the use which was great. The handicapped room was large, clean, and mostly quiet. Had my Aunt been alone she wouldn't have been able to open the bathroom door. There was a button on the wall that did nothing and the door would not stay open. Also, the chair by the window is not safe for a person that can't walk as it is a center rod and tipped easily. It should be a chair with 4 legs.

I didn’t get a balcony view of the ocean but I got a view of the city and it was still so beautiful at night. It was my first time visiting and I fell in love with San Francisco. This was such a beautiful hotel. The next time I come I will definitely come here.
