Everyone at the Majestic is very service oriented. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms are charming. Comfortable and tastefully appointed.

I loved the rooms, front door staff, vibes, bedding and location of this hotel. What I did not love is the bar tender. He was unprofessional. Drunk on duty. Prioritizing getting further drunk with customers. He kept forgetting orders and trying to press more alcohol on me and my partner. Because of his behavior I didn't want to spend time at the bar. He also made several transphobic remarks which made me feel uncomfortable. I loved the rest of my experience, but -1 star for him.

I just want to say Maria was so kind and gracious, she made my check in so welcoming and graceful. She was concerned by my early check out but, I had emergency flight to catch and she assured me everything was already taken care of for me. I hope to stay here again very soon!

The one complaint is that the portable A/Cs do not work well. The days were humid and even the fan in the bedroom with the A/C on didn’t work enough to cool the room. We were quite warm when sleeping and was uncomfortable.
