Nice Clean room with WiFi and parking. Staff was friendly. The room was cold. No heating system only a plugin fan/heater that didn’t work that well.

For a low cost hotel, very clean, rooms have been redone and very nice for cost. Parking is limited. The one issue we had was the bar in nextdoor. Band started playing after 10 and got extremely loud until very late.

It gets 5 stars not because its a 5-star motel (motel not hotel) it gets 5-stars because location wise and time of year it was a great value and reasonable overall price for an outer sunset place to stay during new years. Walking to java beach every morning brings me back

The location was convenient. Two blocks from the beach and right on the muni line. The band in the bar downstairs was quite loud some nights. The vents on the heater needed cleaning desperately

Pros: hotel parking off the street, clean, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker. Cons: extremely noisy, the bed creaked, the floor creaked, you can hear your neighbors inside their room and anybody walking/talking by your room. Horrible sleep or lack of.

Below the hotel there's a pub, and people are talking outside until 2 AM, making a lot of noise. In front of the hotel there's a subway line, which also makes a lot of noise until midnight.

The reason you’re there is for the price. It’s a bit of a dive. The room is clean. The TV is a bit complicated but you can login with your own Netflix account. There is no Wi-Fi. Phone signal is weak near the beach. There is no view of the ocean. You get a view of the parking lot good shower pressure with good hot water.

Everything has been surprisingly impressive. Check in was simple. I had prepaid for my stay prior to arrival, which didn't include any deposit, but I had the funds for that available, so the desk guy got that easily taken care of. For the price, compared to other lodging in S.F.,- awesome deal. I'll most likely stay again sometime, and will make the recommendation to friends if and when the opportunity arises. Thanks again.
