Room was clean, food was great and products they offer are of the best brand,/quality. Their shows are fun to watch and dancers do a great job. kids clubs have tons of activities. Overall we had a great time, we were not huge fans of was the beach but it seems they are working on restoring it. It was also a bit hard to get reservation at their speciality restaurants. Overall great hotel.

We did like the pool which was a bit heated. There were 2 pools actually. Having lunch by the pool and waiters attending to us was nice. They did a great job there. The beach was small though. They lost a lot of beachfront. The promo videos are old. The beachfront is 1/3 what it was. Too bad. But the property was great. We played pickleball every morning. Met a lot of cool people. It was a great experience. We stayed in late November early December. It was quiet but picking up by the end of our stay. There was 1 buffet restaurant and 2 a la carte. It would seem like it would be too small for high season. Glad we came at a quieter season.

The staff was more than courteous, helpful and very accommodating. The grounds were beautiful. Plenty of options and choices for dining. When I compare the property to the Royal Sands that I have stayed the last two years, there are a lot of maintenance issues especially the pool area. Floors and windows needed a lot more attention to cleaning. That being said I enjoyed my stay and would visit again in the future.

Hands down the worse resort we have stayed at in Mexico. We traveled with 4 kids, two of which are infants and had to move rooms after the first night. Had to check out at 11 and didn’t have another room until 4pm. My kids couldn’t nap, bathe, nothing for hours. Second, I was scheduled for a massage at 7pm. When I arrived, they told me they were running late and couldn’t get me in until 730pm. I had dinner reservations and this was not going to work. They didn’t call to inform of this and refused to give me a refund. I had to contact my bank to fight the charges. The customer service was absolutely horrible. If you have the choice, simply go somewhere else. This place is not worth your money

We either booked at the perfect time or the facilty is just that spacious that we never felt over crowded or like there were too many people. It was the perfect quiet vacation spot for our laid back family. The room was amazing and our housekeeper was the sweetest, I wanted to bring her home with us! The beach does have some errosion, but completely not the resorts fault and it is walkable to more open less erroded beach space. Would stay here again and again.

We travelled here with two young kids. We felt safe our entire stay and every pool had fun to offer. Property was beautifully kept and rooms clean. Food was great, we had one gluten free traveller with us who was well accommodated throughout the trip. The beach is eroded but there are still spaces to sit by the ocean, go for a quick dip, and build sandcastles. The only other drawback is the rather continuous pressure to attend the timeshare talks but after a few days it was realized we were not interested. We also had to use the hotel Doctor during our stay and he was very helpful and provided excellent care

The room and the facilities were nice. The staff was always good. Everything was well maintained. The buffet restaurant was just okay. I have definately been to better. The beach is horrible, basically non usable. If you are wanting to stay in that area you might as well save some money and stay at an inland resort. The beaches are that bad right now. I would probably give 4 stars if the beaches were not so bad.

The food and service is good. I have been here several times in the past and rented both A and B sides. The Deluxe suite is misleading and you can not rent both sides on Expedia. Warning! There is no beach. The ocean comes up to the beach front restaurant and some of the beach front rooms. There are ocean barriers to help with the erosion. This again is not reflected in the website photos. The plus is that the pool is nice and everything is clean. But if you are looking for the beach that is in the website photos it’s not there. I wish I can upload photos
