You get what you pay for. Customer service at the reception is not the best. Raphael is rude as well as the lady. During my 6 day stay, I witnessed several encounters with upset customers. My reservation was for a suite with two rooms and without previous notice at check in they handed me the key for a room with two beds. When I told him about the confusion, his answer was to call Expedia although my reservation was very specific. After a while he gave me the key of a two room suite. The suite was very hot and humid specially at night. Close to restaurants and bars
