The conditions are dependent on the currents and weather and can determine the usability of the beach club. We can not control beach conditions. You can monitor the beach conditions in front of the complex through the WEBCAM on LetsGoPDC.

This complex is the only condo with it's own beach club restaurant on site and offers the best amenities that Playa has.

The focal point is a Sanctuary reminiscent of a tropical rain forest. There is even a "State of the Art" Gym and Fitness Center right on premises. Centrally located in the heart of Playa, this condo is only one short block from the beautiful Caribbean Playa del Carmen beaches and famous 5th Ave.
This luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bath Penthouse offers great partial views of the ocean and opportunities to see amazing sunrises and sunsets.

Great location

Had a wonderful time in this PH while soaking up the sun in Playa Del Carmen. Jamais and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and I look forward to visiting again.
