Excellent experience all round

Room 119; a lot of noise from a constant water trickling sound and from the ventilation equipment on the roof outside the window. Starting to look a little bit shabby.

Room was fine, was pleasantly surprised to find a hairdryer in the wardrobe. However I was disappointed to learn that breakfast is served from 7am, not 6am as advertised. This meant that I paid £12 for a breakfast I was unable to receive (i already had train tickets booked for 7am), and none of the front desk team were able to assist. I have since emailed and had no response, so it's unlikely I'll be returning considering they are willing to falsely advertise and not refund me for a service they were unable to provide.
