"My stay was okay overall, but I had a few issues that made it less comfortable. The bed and pillow were not supportive, which led to an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Additionally, the bathroom lacked basic supplies such as a shower cap and other amenities I would normally expect --- This wording keeps it professional, constructive, and balanced—it explains why you gave 3 stars without sounding overly harsh. Great hotel with modern comfortable rooms. I stayed in an executive room this time but other than being bigger and having robes there wasn't much difference to a standard room. There was a lot of wasted space, room for a couch. Breakfast was good and staff were pleasant and friendly.

New hotel, clean and close proximity to Oxford and Piccadilly stations. Nice views of the city from our room. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and tourist areas. The rooms are cleaned everyday and you get 2 free water bottles each day unlike other hotels who only offer coffee and teas. There’s also a restaurant onsite. I specially appreciate the quick response from the staff about having a luggage storage.

Such a good central location, always my go to when i come to manchester. Tried somewhere else the last time i visited in April but the Maldron topped it by far. basically never going to be trying another hotel again
