Need a tan? Relax on the rooftop sundeck for those nice Arizona UVs. Or have some friendly competition with a game of foosball or one of our many board games we have on deck.

We are located right in the center of the Phoenix metropolitan area just a few minutes from the 17 freeway. Only 3 minutes from GCU (go Lopes!), 10 to downtown Glendale, 15 to the airport, and 18 to Westgate.

We had a great stay. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. The house was perfect for our stay. We traveled to AZ for our daughters college graduation and we able to enjoy the space. The heated pool was so nice to have in the high 70s temps in mid-December. There was a lot of space and a lot of games - this house is all set to have a fun time.

Good location near GCU campus

Great house. Had everything we needed and so close to GCU. My sister in law and I had a great time being close to our college kids. The kids made a fantastic dinner in this large kitchen and the pool was great.

Large Family Home

Large family home that was ideal for who we brought with us. Two king bed bedrooms worked perfectly for us. The 2nd bathroom location was a bit inconvenient for the 2nd king bedroom but we made it work. Home was clean and roomy inside. Plenty of games and recreation. Kitchen and Laundry room were nice too. The only thing keeping me from all 5 stars was the pool. It needed cleaned before we arrived. I don’t think the pool guy showed up before we came or if he did, had done a shoddy job. Owner was responsive and great to work with. If you have a large family that needs three separate large bedrooms, this home is ideal.

Great location to GCU

Kids enjoyed the sport court and sun deck. Too cold for the pool. Nice big kitchen. Well stocked.My only issue with the property is that there was cat hair all over the couch and two of us are highly allergic. There's only a roomba on hand so no way to clean it. I let property manager know and he responded with apologies.I also would suggest taking out the carpet in master closet. It was filthy.

Comfortable home in Glendale AZ

Our family enjoyed 3 nts at this home. My grandsons enjoyed the pool and the basketball court. Home was comfortable and clean; while exterior needed work the inside living areas were clean and spacious!

Lovely House

We had a great stay for my birthday weekend! The inside of the house was immaculate and tastefully remodeled. The outside looks far more dated than the pictures show online, and we were surprised at the difference between the backyard and inside. We were disappointed to find no wine glasses for the celebratory weekend, and the ceiling fan above the master was wiggling precariously and squeaking loudly, so we didn’t use it, which made the room warmer. However, we had a lovely time and would rent again. The owner was easy to communicate with - friendly, professional, and helpful. Happy with our stay overall!

College move in stay

This house was perfect for moving our daughter into GCU. It was a short drive to the campus, restaurants and shopping. It was also just 20 minutes or so from the airport. The home was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The large back patio with fenced in pool and small basketball court were nice for hanging out and passing the time. There is also a foosball table in the living room. Will stay again when we travel to Phoenix to visit.
