I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall the experience was fine, but I was disappointed with the service from the male server at the breakfast and bar area. He was not welcoming and made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable. A little friendliness and attentiveness would have made a big difference. I hope management can address this to improve the guest experience.

The AC burger was the best! Every staff member was friendly and helpful. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. I would stay here again. If anything could be improved, I would say to increase the variety of hot foods for breakfast. The location was also ideal for me. There are plenty of shops and museums in walking distance (science center, historical buildings, etc).

The gym on the 13th floor had a lovely view of the city. It had enough equipment to support everyone who was there at 5 AM, including several treadmills, two ellipticals, weights, and stationary bikes. It also had towels and water bottles which was an added convenience in the dry desert air. The room was clean and spacious. The location was very convenient for me and restaurants, coffee shops, and the buildings I was visiting were all within walking distance.
