Two out of the three staff could not be bothered to be helpful in any sense. The third staff member was great. The bed smelled of the previous occupant. Room was clean otherwise. Coffee pot and cups right next to the bathroom is probably not the best design decision from a hygienic standpoint.

Great Stay

We stayed here just for the night. Our flight landed at 10pm, so it was too late for their complimentary shuttle. However, the attendant explained how to use the “sky train” from the airport. We made it to the hotel from our luggage pick up in about 15min. It was easy to navigate and find. We used it in the morning to go pick up our rental car as well. Attendants were kind and attentive.

Wonderful staff who were friendly and helped make our stay very pleasant. We like Aloft as a brand and this property lived up to expectations. It’s close to the airport and we had a very early flight, so the convenience was perfect and we felt we had picked the best option with Aloft. Wish we had been able to stay longer.
