Friendly and attentive staff. The room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent and noticeably higher quality than nearby brunch options. One star off for bedding comfort — the mattress was quite soft, the pillows lacked support, and the blanket didn’t have a cover. Manageable with some adjustment (using the flat sheet then cover with the blanket), but could be improved.

The fitness center was spacious, bright and well-equipped. The lobby and adjacent outside areas were bright, open, plenty of seating, inviting. My room was straightforward in its layout with plenty of space even though it had no drawers. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains kept out the light at night. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee was hot and fresh. Best of all, it was quiet so I slept well. Exceeded my expectations.

New to me hotel this week! Stayed here for 2 separate stays (due to flight logistics with weather, gov shut down, etc.). First stay was spotless, perfect, loved. This stay (second, last minute bc of above) was ok. Second room was noticeably more worn, etc. Overall though, location, facilities and staff were much appreciated. 5th floor view of Camelback Mt. is gorgeous, loved the lanai for working from and used / appreciated the gym one night as well. Simple, clean, amazing location - a win to me!
