There was a homeless man with mental issues outside our window. The bathrooms had hair. The cleaning crew left a used shirt hanging. Check in was 3pm. We arrived at 1am and our room had no pillows. The bathrooms werent clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

WEEKEND IN PHOENIX

Would not stay there again. No in room or lobby coffee available, theice machine didn't work. The omly time I saw someone working in the lobby was when I checked in. Thank God I experienced no problems because I would have no way to contact anyone for help. The one question I asked on check in was 'what's the easiest way to get to Chase Field'. He said he had no idea as he didn't live around there. Customer service? Not at this property.

I left this property at 3am because there was roaches on the shower curtain and the ceiling. Also bugs all throughout the bathrooms towels. Management was awful and did nothing to assist the situation.

Dirty

The walls were dirty. It looked like they had food splattered on them. They were also scuffed up all over.. With the first room we were assigned, it was so bad there was no way we were staying there. We asked for a refund and were given a second room. The second room also had the filth on the walls but it a lot less places. Our second room also had carpet instead of vinyl flooring. This at least gave us the illusion that the floor was clean. There were showers without a tub. in the bathrooms. The bathroom tile also looked very dirty.
