This was a great location. It is close to shopping and dining in the Norterra area. Our room was very clean and the staff is amazing. The breakfast and hors d'oeuvres were delicious and there were lots of choices. It was a great value. We will definitely stay here again.

Such an incredible stay! We had amazing time swimming and sitting in the hot tub. Then from 5:30 to 7 PM you get drinks and awesome food for free!

We stay here annually, every time we visit our daughter in Phoenix. The staff are very friendly and attentive, especially Ty and Noah in the Kick Back, Duane at the service desk and the restaurant staff. We love it and will be back next year. We had an issue this time when our son left his room without his key or ID. It was about 10:30 or so PM. The man at the desk refused to take him to his room and threatened to call the police. Our son then came to our room and my husband went with him to the desk to resolve the problem. We were disappointed with the way he was treated. Other than this one instance we have had no issues.

Minor disappointment in good hotel.

Like this chain. However, specifically requested light housekeeping service and not done. Supervisor was in room next door and was very apologetic and offered me points for a free night stay, took my information but didn’t follow through either. This same issue with housekeeping also happened to us at the Nashville location.

Staff was very friendly! They have a generous happy hour even though we didn't really get to partake. Decent breakfast bar also. Nice gas station next door to purchase snacks and alcoholic beverages to keep in your room. Close to large shopping plaza ( super Walmart) Easy to get too from the airport also. Was pretty full due to family sports activities so the pool was jammed with kids a lot so didn't get to enjoy it unfortunately. They offer lots of food/drink free perks but we were there to visit family so didn't really use them so it felt like the room was expensive for our trip.
