Staff were very friendly and helpful. When the hotel said it had a restaurant, that was severly overinflating what it actually was. Snacks (burger etc) hardly constitutes a restaurant and as I didn't want that it forced me to go out and look for something to eat. The air conditioning unit didn't work in my room.

The Drury Hotel was great! Hotels.com not so good. I booked for the wrong date, tried to contact H.D for assistance. Absolutely no help at all. The total cost of my one night stay soared to well over $300. Again Drury-100%. Hotels.com 5%

Room was very clean and updated. Very happy I chose this hotel to stay while we attended a friend's wedding.. would stay again if we ever come to Phoenix again

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet was nice and the option of ordering food in the bar area was a plus. They are a pet friendly hotel which was nice for us. The room was comfortable but the AC unit was loud. Overall, we would stay there again.

I didn't check in because I accidentally put the wrong check in date. I called the hotel and they rightfully told me I had to contact Hotels.com. I tried to do that but their site is totally confusing. I wanted to cancel or change, or even take it credit. Didn't get anywhere. So now I'm paying for 2 nights but only staying one.

Beautiful clean property. Has a restaurant and bar inside. Plus free delicious breakfast and managers reception in the evening. Second time staying here. We will choose it again and again.
