Glad to be out. Not ADA friendly. No automatic doors and two handicap parking for the entire hotel. Then the second night the power went out. Phones and other batteries not charged. Since no AC temp got to 88 degrees at 9:00 am. Hotel response was “we are working on it”. That helped a lot. The water park was across the parking lot and across the street. We did not bother.

Had a late flight in so i choose thembevause you can chevk in as late as 1 am. Needed something by phx sky harbor airport which it does accommodate. However the first room i checked into either had bed bugs or someone dies in there. The mattress was covered in old dried blood. I called down to the desk, they were very nice and kind and helpful and was placed into another room which had zero of the problems from the first. It was clean. Carpet is very dirty and lots of stains but the rest of the room was nice and clean. The property is absolutely huge. You can get lost very easy. I guess they have a water park i did not see it. And I paid for breakfast in the morning in addition to the room fees and when my husband went down you still had to pay for coffee. I travel often, and this is just not a place I will go back to.

Not very couple friendly…. Lots of kids, lots of people. Lots of construction so the directions to the lobby, etc were confusing. Restaurant was ok…. Reviews had me expecting more. Margaritas were good.

Our family booked a suite for the weekend and the suite was very depressing. Outdated for the price they are charging. No resort experience at all. The smell was awful. The couches my kids were to sleep on had black spots on them. The couch was moved and there was cereal on the floor. The bed was sooo uncomfortable and the bed frame was ripped up and taped over that was coming off. With all the money they make for these rooms a day I can’t believe the lack of upgrades they have done. I texted the service line and immediately was told they had nothing available. I went down to talk to someone and was able to find me a room. It was a small 1 bed room with all 4 of us in there. we were not offered help to move and we had to make a few trips over. I was super frustrating since we went from the 4th floor to 3rd floor. I had stayed previously so I knew they had some renovated rooms so luckily we were able to get one but it was really small and uncomfortable. I was not able to sleep because it seemed very unfair. I talked to the receptionist and she was super kind and helpful and have had the best experience with her. She couldn’t help reduce the price of the hotel because it was booked through a site and not through them but was able to get another room the size we ordered originally. It was a lot of moving again and overall it made us really regret the stay. We left as soon as we got up. Unless the entire hotel is renovated we would never go back here again.

We checked in, and checked back out within hours. We went to another property for our getaway. This property is extremely rundown. It’s undergoing a massive amount of construction. A lot of the amenities we hoped for were shut down. The swim up pool bars haven’t been operational in years, and are piled with trash. Elevator felt like a death trap.

Hotel is currently going through some remodeling. I’m sure it will be nice when finished . Right now some areas are just well used and in need of updates and repairs. About half the hotel was closed due to construction, so that made the open part pretty crowded on the weekend. Water park was a little smaller and crowded. And only one restaurant on the property was open.

While hotel is under renovation, no notice of this prior to visiting the property.. our 2nd night we had a security guard walk into our room unannounced.. when this happened we called the front desk to verify there was a security guard on the floor.. we were told they would check and call us back but never did. Then on our last day we emptied our room, and went to the pool.. when we went back to the room to change we went to open the door with the Hilton app to find I had been checked out of our room this was @10:30 am checkout is 11.. again contacted the desk to voice our concerns about the issue and received very short responses not fully addressing our issues the the person on the chat just stopped responding.. this is our 2nd trip here and unfortunately will be our last after this visit

We absolutely love this place! Rooms are great, have everything we could need. Beds are very comfy! The pool and lazy river are what keeps us coming back in the summer time, though! Reasonable distance to awesome restaurants and entertainment downtown and many options even closer!

The hotel is fine. It is looking aged and needs an update. Pull out couch mattress was worse than any I’ve ever slept on. There is currently construction too (6/2025, so hopefully that update is happening). Also very little right around the hotel. Kids liked the pool and slide (slide open 11-5 unfortunately). I’d stay somewhere else next time.
