Beautiful Hotel and great pools

The Hilton Phoenix is beautiful , the pools warm and clean . The area is quiet and safe . The rooms are a bit outdated . My complaint would be not with the excellent service provided, but geez update the pillows and the mattress . For the high dollar price would love a great night sleep with all the wonderful perks of this Hotel.

Rooms are a bit outdated in decor but I don't generally care about that sort of thing. The pool is nice as was the water park, but both were full of screaming kids behaving poorly without parental supervision (and no intervention by property staff). Overall, I found this to be overpriced for a generic sun belt city like Phoenix, but the property is clean and well managed and there's ample free parking which IS unique for most hotels/resorts.

We stayed in the Agave sweet area. It was extremely loud at night due to the parking lot and cars revving their engines all night long. Our TV also did not work in our room.

Old, dirty carpet. TV doesn't work in my bedroom. The room at this Hilton hotel doesn't worth $400 a night, so sad!

Once was fine...

Don't let the photos fool you. There's no swim up bar....it looked like it hadn't been open since Covid. One of two hot tubs worked. Not sure when the pool or hot tub were last cleaned. We were also told we'd receive a text when our room was ready. I checked at 4 and our room was not ready. I checked again later after having received no text, and it was ready. This wasn't the best for how much we paid.

I feel that although the facility has some great amenities, it is very dated. The rooms were old. Some furniture in rough condition, bedding had stains and the rooms all around did not feel clean. The waterpark was a lot of fun for the kids, but again- many things wore out or out-dated. For the price we paid to stay, they really should be investing in some property and overall updates.

The pool area was wonderful and the staff were all very helpful and personable. Overall we had a pleasant stay and for the price it was about as expected, perhaps a bit lackluster. My mom had a massage and facial at the spa that she said was great! The dining options were limited and the food was just ok. I was supposedly upgraded to a “newly remodeled Agave suite” however there wasn’t really anything that seemed new about it. The carpet was very worn and dirty looking with frays at transitions.
