This is a good, quality, no nonsense basic trucker motel. There's a McDonald's and 7 11 within the property. Both are open 24 hours. The trucker side is very quiet. It's kept free of lot lizards by 24 security. The management is very helpful and attentive.

Loved it very clean and friendly staff, security is a plus i didnt have to worry about my vehicle know there are larping homeless people around the facility the overall place is alot better than other run down hotels this may not be the holiday inn but it sure is an upgrade to the Westside hotels . Enjoyed my stay and definitely will continue to stay here agian its affordable . Thank you E-Z Motel for all satifying and safe stay we had and friendly staff.

Fast late night check in. Plenty of hot water. Well lit parking lot with patrolling security guard at night. (I’ve stayed here before.👍) 24-hr 7-Eleven and McDonalds about 200ft away.
