The helpful staff, the great restaurant, excellent and quick service, everything was spotless, good food. Everyone that we came in contact with went out of their way to be kind and give us their best help. We were very impressed and would definitely stay there again.

The response of the front desk staff was very bad. He seemed very grumpy and was treated sloppy. I'm a gold member of Hilton, so when I asked for food and beverage credit at check-in, I was told that I couldn't get it. When I negotiated again the next day, I stayed for 2 nights, but I only got one night's credit. I was told that the reason was because I checked in in the middle of the night. Were Asians discriminated against? I want a refund of part of the accommodation fee.
