No one mentioned to us that we had free breakfast. Nobody told us about the lounge, free coffee, and restaurant on the 2nd floor. When we were at the 3rd floor bar, we asked for coffee and they said they didn't have any, but didn't mention that there was a coffee bar on 2nd floor. Place was clean and nice. There was a situation with parking but the front desk cleared it up and I was very happy with them going out of their way to ensure I was taken care of. Would definitely come back.

Very nice. Very convenient.

Kimoton in MKE is superior in overall service, but this hotel is still clean and very comfortable and pleasant. We’ve stayed here multiple times and location is also super convenient downtown.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Love the happy hour. The location is very convenient. The only bad thing is that the hotel is right next to the light rail and also the train tracks so it’s nonstop light rail and train noise so its not at all a peaceful experience but most hotels in this area have the same problem. It’s a trade off for convenience of location to restaurants and arenas.
